Wendy Sellars is the founder of Sellars Impact Group and a community-focused leader passionate about reentry, social impact, organizational development, and systems-based support.
Her work centers on helping organizations that serve justice-impacted populations build stronger operational foundations, sustainable programming, and structured support systems.
Wendy’s background includes work in leadership, advocacy, community engagement, reentry support initiatives, and organizational strategy. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Human Services with a focus on reentry and community impact.
Through Sellars Impact Group, she combines lived understanding, academic knowledge, leadership experience, and practical systems-building to help organizations grow with purpose.
